OUT OF THE MOUTH OF BABES

A nurse on the pediatric ward, before listening to the little ones chests, would plug the stethoscope into their ears and let them listen to their own hearts. Their eyes would always light up with awe, but she never got a response equal to four-year old David's comment.

Gently she tucked the stethoscope into his ears and placed the disk over his heart. 'Listen', she said...........'What do you suppose that is?'

He drew his eyebrows together in a puzzled line and looked up as if lost in the mystery of the strange tap - tap - tapping deep in his chest.

Then his face broke out in a wondrous grin and he asked, 'Is that Jesus knocking?'

WHO ARE YOU FOLLOWING?

God gave me ten challenges to set before the Church today. Each one pertains to our own personal consecration before Him as well as the qualities we ought to seek in those who would be role models for our lives and conduct:

1.   Always be transparent.

2.   Develop an uncompromised love for the Lord.

3.   Diligently hunger after God's Word.

4.   Commit to obey God's Word regardless of the power or popularity of those who disobey.

5.   Acquire an understanding of both the works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit-one produces stiff consequences, the other brings rich rewards.

6.   Cultivate sensitivity to the voice of the Lord and a desire for what pleases Him.

7.   Never touch the gold or the glory.

8.   Observe what you dislike in others and make a decision to refrain from doing it.

9.   Acknowledge that you are predestined to be conformed to the image of God's Son.

10.   Avoid anything or anyone who is unwilling to support you in your commitment to the other nine.

Who are you following?
Who has become a role model for your life and pursuits, in one way or another?
Be certain that man or woman is lined up with the Word of God and not living contrary to God's Word or His ways. Although God will indeed set mentors and models before us, Jesus is the standard to which we are to be conformed. Follow Him.

It’s so important to stay rooted and grounded in who you are in Christ. You are not a “human doing”; you are a “human being”. You need to know who you are in Christ so that you are defined by His truth of who you are and not by what others think of you. The truth is that when you accept the gift of salvation or get "saved", you are exchanging who you once were with a new identity of being in Christ.
Jesus comes to dwell inside of you and so you take on His characteristics.

WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT THE MARRIAGE BED

Let marriage be held in honor (esteemed worthy, precious, of great price, and especially dear) in all things. And thus let the marriage bed be undefiled (kept undishonored); for God will judge and punish the unchaste [all guilty of sexual vice] and adulterous. (Hebrews 13:4)   AMP

"Marriage is honorable among all, and the marriage bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge." NKJV

"Marriage should be kept honorable by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral." TNIV

"Honor marriage, and guard the sacredness of sexual intimacy between wife and husband. God draws a firm line against casual and illicit sex."  MSG.

When you read the text in other translations it becomes clearer, doesn't it?

The writer is warning married believers to respect the marriage covenant by guarding themselves from sexual sins.
Sexual immorality, as stated in the TNIV would include adultery, homosexuality, and beastiality to name a few. Basically, it's sex with anyone other than your spouse.
Nowhere in the text does it give couples a license to do whatever they want to do in the bedroom. In fact, it actually says the opposite.
So, based on the interpretation of the scripture, we want to ask you a question; is a threesome okay for married couples? You should have said "no" because a threesome would require you to have sex with someone other than your spouse -- That's called adultery
What about sex toys and other sexual aids? This is where you have to use Godly wisdom. Remember, sex between husband and wife should always be honorable.
So, if what you're doing causes either of you to feel pain, disrespected, or shameful, then you shouldn't do it. Intimacy between husband and wife is a sacred gift that should never evoke feelings of guilt, shame, or disrespect.
When a husband and wife make love they should always have the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the other person in mind.

COME TO BED SWEETIE.............................

I haven't slept in several days.................If you were my wife, this would probably bother you..............
But when you are married, really married to Jesus.........Nothing else really matters...........................
You can not read a promise in scripture and say it is not His will......................................................
.I said, You Can Not Read A Promise In Scripture And Say It Is Not His Will..............................
In order for you to understand what, "Spiritual Warfare" is, I must first tell you what it is not..................
I am about to blow every pseudo Christian out of the water.................................................................
Which Jesus are you serving?...................
Go to Matthew, chapter 27 and verse 17....I will read from the greek:....................................................
Who is it that you want me to release, Jesus Barabbas or Jesus Christ?..............................................
oh, let me teach this........................................................................................................................
Jesus Barabbas meaning ( thief, murderer, liar) or Jesus Christ, meaning (Son-of-God, Messiah, Savior)
A lot of you without even realizing it like the Jews choose Jesus Barabbas and you reap what you sow
It's like if you have more than one person with the same name in the same room...................................
How do you identify the exact one because they will all answer to their first name?...............................
 By distinction.................................................................................................................................
Go with me to Acts 20  v 32, I am going to read from the Amplified: And now [brethren], I commit you to God [I deposit you in His charge, entrusting you to His protection and care]. And I commend you to the Word of His grace [ to the commands and counsels and promises of His unmerited favor]. It is able to build you up and to give you [your rightful] inheritance among all God's set-apart ones (those consecrated, purified, and transformed of soul). But there is more, go with me to 2 Peter 1 v 3-4: For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue). By means of these He has bestowed on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape [by flight] from the moral decay [rottenness and corruption] that is in the world because of covetousness [lust and greed], and become sharers (partakers) of the divine nature. And we find that distinction in 2 Corinthians 1 v 20: For as many as are the promises of God, they will find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter Amen [so be it] to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God.
So, let me teach..........Your DISTINCTION IS FOUND..........IN CHRIST..........
EVERY PROMISE is YES.....and we say, AMEN (So Be It....I Agree)..............
2 Corinthians 7 v 1 goes on to say: THEREFORE, SINCE these [great] promises are ours, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves form everything that contaminates and defiles body and spirit, and bring [our] consecration to completeness in the [reverential] fear of God.
ALL GOD'S PROMISES ARE YES, IN CHRIST AND WE SAY, AMEN
*You and the WORD = TWO.........................So if You and the WORD are in agreement you don't need no one else..............I said, If U are In Christ (Word) then U are in agreement and you don't need no one to pray for you, pray with you, get in agreement with you..............All God's Promises Are Yes, In Christ!

AMEN?
Hebrews chapter 6 v 12 from the Holman: so that you won't become lazy, but imitators of those who inherit the promises through faith and perseverance.  That is how we obtain the promises, by faith and perseverance.       (read Hebrews 6 v 13-19 for your assignment)
